The icon should be gone automatically once you uninstall the app.

Here are several ways how you can uninstall apps on your Mac:

1. Using Launchpad:

• Open Launchpad.
• Find the app, click and hold until it jiggles.
• Click the X to delete it.

2. Using Finder:

• Open Finder and go to Applications.
• Right-click the app and select Move to Trash.
• Empty the Trash to permanently delete it.

You can also use the dedicated uninstaller if the app's developer created one (check the app’s folder in Applications for an uninstaller) or the cleanup app to remove all the leftovers if you have one installed.
