Update 18.0.1 and Apple 12 Apps

Contact Bryant to let them know their app is broken.

There are 3 things that you can try:

• Update to iOS 18.1
• Delete the app, then download and add it back
• Do you use VPN? If so, delete the VPN profile in Settings/General/VPN & Device Management/VPN. Don't just turn it off; delete the profile. If that fixes it, you can try reinstalling VPN.

I just had same issue -- updated iPhone to 18.1.1, and now the Bryant app no longer works to control my wifi thermostat. BUT -- I then tried the Apple Home app, and that DOES work to control the same Bryant thermostat. So until Bryant updates their app, you can use the Home app.

Contact the app developer if their app isn't working under your current iOS version. Apple doesn't own them. They likely need to update their app.
