Iphone infected by virus pop-up message

I was using Facebook and when I accidentally clicked on an advertisement, I received a pop-up message (pretty much crafted as « apple-looking ») that my phone was infected. I clicked the message away by clicking on OK and obviously did not download anything. Have anyone seen similar messages? I don’t think my iphone can get infected like that, but I was still not fully sure.
