Why Bluetooth icon switch is not available in Apple Watch Status ❓
It is available in iPhone status

This is a user-to-user forum, so we do not know why Apple makes design decisions.
My guess is that Apple feels Bluetooth is a core Apple Watch feature. It is the lowest battery usage radio, and important to preserving battery life. But that is just a guess.
