Apple Music Unverified Gcash Payment Failed

How come I can't complete my purchase for apple music using my unverified gcash account now? Though, I had a succesful transaction before with paying the subscription with the same gcash account. This is ******* me off, take my money and let me enjoy my playlist.

Fraud Prevention? No verification is needed when creating an Apple Account, so starting a subscription which is a legal contract may require the verification so Apple knows the information that has been provided is accurate and the account that is being used is yours.
