I received Mac pro doesn't work and I want to exchange it

I have been using Apple for a long time and I update the device from time to time because I trust Apple products. I bought a Mac Pro 14m1 from Saudi Arabia and traveled to Egypt because I was busy. When I opened the device after 30 days of purchasing the device, I found that the battery was not working. The authorized maintenance center informed me that the battery and keyboard would be replaced, so the device would be used. However, I have complete confidence in Apple's interest in its customers and I want to replace the device with another one because Apple devices are trustworthy to me. I spoke with Apple customer service and they were very cooperative, but they informed me that it could not be replaced, so I am submitting a complaint to Apple America to reach a solution, as the device has not been used even once. waiting for your response ASAP Thanks

MacBook Pro 14″, macOS 12.5

As varjak paw explained above, Readers here ALL are other Users like you.

Apple employees are PROHIBITED from posting here, except for "Community Specialists', whose avatars clearly identify them as Apple employees.

I chimed in to help continue to explain to you that [in my opinion] you have NO HOPE of convincing Apple to your point of view. You energy would be better spent elsewhere.

--------

Once the repairs are completed, if you feel this computer is cursed, then you can sell it and get one more to your liking.

You're not communicating with Apple when you post in the Community. Apple does not participate in these forums. We're all just fellow users, helping out as we have time and knowledge to share.

After 30 days Apple's return period, if they offered one in your country, has expired. So Apple's warranty terms now apply and those say that they will repair or replace a defective device at their option. If Apple customer service has told you that they will not replace the Mac, then there is nothing further that can be done. You will just have to accept the repair. Apple will still honor the full one-year warranty for the remainder of its term.

Regards.

When you buy DIRECT from Apple, not through a reseller of any description, there is a very generous return/exchange policy (in most markets). You may return your computer for full value refund or exchange within the return period for ANY reason.

However, that period is 14 DAYS from receipt, and there are no exceptions.

30 days is far longer than the stated policy. You are extremely unlikely to find anyone at Apple able to bend that policy to fit your situation.
