I am stuck in an iCloud log-in loop. The request to sign-in to iCloud comes up when I log into my PC. I put in the Apple ID password which generates a code to my iPhone, which I then enter. Within a minute, the request to log into iCloud comes up again. How do I fix this?

And it's simple: Sign in with your password. When asked to allow on your other device select "don't allow". When asked if you want to change your password: don't ("continue" on my screen). Then go back to the verification code window and click "Didn't get a verification code?" Select "text me a code" to your cell phone number, then enter that code. TADA!! Thank you Darren N4VFR
Call your local iphone support team. Also try clearing your cache. Third option is to set up a new icloud account. save everything you can to cloud storage.
My Windows 11 laptop is still stuck. It never pushes an authentication request to my iphone (which is logged in to iCloud) instead it has a message to the effect that I need to log in to iCloud with my apple device. but my apple device is logged in. Only option it gives is to reset my password.

I have not tried this fix in this video but it may work. Notice this video is from 3mo ago.

Another clue. iCloud via the web thinks my laptop is still on Windows 10.
