High Sierra Internet Recovery should work with this workaround:

You'll probably have issues reinstalling macOS High Sierra from the recovery server. If you do, create a bootable installer: Create a bootable installer for macOS - Apple Support. Download the macOS installer from here: How to download and install macOS - Apple Support.
Important: I highly recommend that you create the bootable installer on the iMac 2010 before you restore it to factory settings. Otherwise you'll need to find another Mac to do it and that Mac has to be old enough to download macOS High Sierra.
