Buzzing sound from front camera and microphone area on iPad Air

Hi, I recently bought a new iPad air 2024 13''. It makes a buzzing sound from the front camera and microphone area, I don't know how to describe it better. It does it when I turn on the Ipad and after a while it stops, then it starts again. This is the second iPad that does this, I returned the first one because of this. Is this normal for this model or should I do something about it? Do you have any experience or advice?

The camera is unlikely to be the source. The Pencil inductive charging system, that occupies the void surrounding the camera, is perhaps a potential candidate.


You might be best advised to visit the Genius Bar at your local Apple Store or Apple Authorised Service Provider (AASP) where the technicians will be able to test and assess your iPad - and you can explore your available options for remedy if a fault is confirmed:
