Problem using Facetime on Apple TV 4K box, can not see the other caller on the TV

Hi. Having a problem using Facetime with my Apple TV. I really like the feature where I can use my iPhone 14 as a Continuity camera, by placing it sideways (landscape) by my TV, and near the Apple TV 4K box. Then the iPhone and the Apple TV connect and my caller can see me from the camera on my iPhone, and I can see my caller on the big screen TV. I had been able to do this repeatedly with no problems.

But the last few times (over the last several weeks) I have tried this, Facetime on my iPhone works with connecting the iPhone to the Apple TV as the continuity camera, and my caller can see me, but I can no longer see them on the TV (I can see the thumbnail picture of me from my camera, what my caller sees of me, so I know the Apple TV box is cabled correctly to the TV). And I could see them fine on the iPhone before I selected to Move the call to the Apple TV. The continuity camera feature is working fine, I just can't see the caller on my TV once I move the call over to the Apple TV box.

Recently updated my iPhone 14 and Apple TV 4K (model A2169, 2nd gen 4K 32GB) to iOS and tvOS 18.1, but that did not fix the problem. Devices are cabled correctly, devices logged on to the same Apple ID, and on the same WiFi network.

Any suggestions would be appreciated, thank you.
