iTunes (Windows and Mac) displaying blank screen when clicking on "See All" albums or songs

The other day I started having an issue with iTunes (Windows 10). The music store displays a blank screen whenever I click on "Show All" for albums or songs of a particular artist. If I search for a specific album, it will display the album and the tracks and I can purchase. But if I try to see all the albums or songs by a particular artist, the page is blank. I thought it was Apple and Windows not getting along, but I tried it on my Mac at work (which doesn't have iTunes, but Apple Music with the iTunes store in it) and the same thing happened. I tried uninstalling iTunes completely on my Windows machine and re-installing it, but I still have the issue. It just started the other day.
