My apartment was recently broken into and I am wondering if there is a possibility that the Apple Home Pod I have in my bedroom connected to the robbers phone. If it's possible it did is there a way to be able to figure out who the phone belongs to so I can report this to the authorities?

the homepod is running on your wifi network, only way it could by any means communicate with the burglars devices is if he/she connected to your wifi network which would mean they would need your encryption password
