Macbook M3 pro 14" 18/512 Screen is flickering up and down.
I have a Macbook pro M3 pro 18/512 14". With currently MacOS Sequoia 15.1. While normal usage screen flickers at random intervals and not constantly but still its just constant enough to make one concerned.
The problem first started occuring on macOS Sequoia 15.0 and i updated it to 15.1 but it didn't affect anything.
On first encounter I first tried restarting and it still flickered after a little bit of time and usage. So I changed my display settings and lowered the display resolution but it still doesn't go away completely but lessened. So i turned off trueTone and it lesened more. Now it came back again and i reduced the refresh rate and it is better now. However I can't keep doing it as now i feel like i am using a 2000s PC in terms of display.
I have been using macbook for the past 3 months and it only started this issue last week. I dont have many software installed. I most commonly use chrome browser. And other software that I use from time to time are Xcode, Android Studio, VS Code and my storage isn't even half full right now also my battery timing is great and its currently on its 43rd cycle. I don't know any other details i need to share.
Anybody who has faced this problem and solved it please help.
