Conflicting 'My Card' contacts in Family Sharing

Sharing contacts between family members means her contacts have her "my card" and my contacts have my "my card" and each of those is marked as "my card" so when that contacts database shows up on her laptop or phone, it sometimes erroneously shows my photo and card in the system settings "apple account" section - the IOS and the laptop both get confused and start showing my info and photo on her messages, phone calls, etc. everything where she or I share our photos to callers.

Essentially when you open the Contacts database on any other device, you have two contacts marked "my card" in the database.
