Hello everyone,good morning from hear. Please I’m having issue with my apple account it is not active/locked and i can log it out I just created a new one, how do I add this to my iPhone XS Max so the old one can be signed out

If you see the message below, or similar "inactive" messages:
- "Inactive" Apple ID/Account
- "Verification Failed. This Apple ID is not active."
