Payment deducted but subscription was not activated
Hi there,
I'm writing to report a payment issue with my ChatGPT Plus subscription.
Two days ago, I received a payment confirmation from Apple for my subscription. However, my subscription status hasn't changed.
I've already contacted my bank and ChatGPT support, and they both pointed to Apple as the source of the issue.
Please help me resolve this issue as soon as possible.
