Unable to reset my Apple Account password on iPhone 15 Pro

I recently switched iPhones and I realized that I don’t remember my Apple ID password. I tried resetting it and while I have input all the right details, my password still won’t reset. It just takes me back. It also won’t accept my iPhone passcode in the password resetting process. I’ve tried resetting with both devices that I have and it still won’t work. Please help.
