I opened my notes app this morning and all of my notes are gone. 0. nothing in recently deleted. nothing in search. I just used notes the other day and they were all there. can I get them back?

Open the Settings app.
Tap on your name at the top (aka your Apple Account settings).
Tap on iCloud.
Tap on Notes.
Turn on "Sync this iPhone" (green = on). If it is already on, turn it off and on again.
In the Notes app, wait several minutes for your notes to be restored from iCloud.
Go into Settings, choose iCloud, turn off Notes, restart the iPhone, enable it again, and wait until they're redownloaded.
