command + tab can’t work when I use iPad pro to external display with Magic Keyboard

The command + tab key combination is not functioning when I use an iPad Pro with an external display connected via a Magic Keyboard.

Restarting iPad Pro the command + tab key combination can be effective, but its functionality may diminish after a short period.

How can I solve this?
