When I click on settings my phone does not show up. I want to set my phone to ring for unknown callers. I know it was there when I set it to not ring for unknown callers, so, not sure why it is not there now.

Open the Settings App
Go all the way down the page to the very last option which is Apps
Tap Apps, and see that Apple has now ordered all apps alphabetically and look for phone
