The application “Dock” does not have permission to open “(null)”.
The null in question is LibreWolf and the same idiot response happens when I try to open from the App folder- ie not using 'Dock' at all.
Once again bitten by a bug...

Actually, found the actual fix, run this in terminal:
codesign --remove-signature /Applications/LibreWolf.app
codesign --force --deep --sign - /Applications/LibreWolf.app

Just ran into the same issue after updating to Sequioa 15.1.1 and I was able to run it by going to Applications > right click on LibreWolf and click "Show Package Content"
Navigate to Contents > MacOS > double click on "librewolf". It runs the application through Terminal and it's working fine. Unfortunately still can't run the application from Dock/Finder directly but I can use the app.

did not have any problem with 15.1.1 upgrade.
However the matter became noted at https://librewolf.net/docs/faq/#why-is-librewolf-marked-as-broken
and issue resolved.
Despite 33 years on Macs, I very rarely have used Terminal directly and I should apply this to my prior legacy machine. Something bombed and the message was the same.

Have you tried to remove LibreWolf from the Dock? Pull it out of the Dock with you cursor and remove it.
