Cannot Connect My MacBook Air to my company's Toshiba e-Studio 5516AC

I upgraded to a new 2024 Macbook Air from a 2019 Macbook Air and used Migration Assistant to help make the transition smooth. Everything worked well with the exception of printing to my work Toshiba e-Studio5516AC. By reading through previous posts about this problem I was able to find the Printer Information under System Information on the Macbook that prints and compared it to the new Macbook that won't print.


Everything looks the same with the exception of the CUPS Version. The one that prints shows (macOS 14.6.1; x86_64) IPP/2.0. The one that won't print shows (macOS 14.6; arm64) IPP/2.0. Will this make a difference that will keep the printer from working?


When I go to printer utilities, I can see the printer supplies, etc. so it is communicating with the printer. However, when I print the print queue states that the printing was stopped due to "filter" error. Can you help?
