Finding Clipboard in Mac Air M3

I have followed the instructions on finding the clipboard but when I go to finder > edit there is no option for show clipboard. how else can I try?

Not sure what instructions you may have been following, but the clipboard is not an accessible location. It's an area in memory that holds anything you copy temporarily.


The only way to know what is in the clipboard is to paste it. cmnd+v or just Edit ➜ Paste from any App.


There is no clipboard viewer on Mac.


Some Apps like Preview may, if there is something copied in the clipboard they can use, offer an option to create something (file, text, image) from whatever is in the clipboard.
