Homepod Mini stuck looding configuration/does nothing.

My Homepod Mini was stuck in a loop of saying hold until you hear 3 beeps. I didn't even initiate it. So, I found a threat that said to plug into computer and have itunes update it. Which I did (windows 11 pc) running latest itunes. iTunes sees the Homepod Mini and the screen comes up with HomePod recovery Mode. I click the Restore HomePod... button, it starts then once it tries to update the Homepod, iTunes crashes (it is logged as a C0000005 in event viewer. So, at this point, I think my homepod is now bricked, as it will not even start up when plugged into power. Should I find a MAC computer to see if this will work to recover my homepod.

Also, I am not sure what caused this, all I know is the other night, out of the blue, in the middle of the night, it started playing music at 100% volume. I clicked the top to stop it, but it would not stop, so I just unplugged it. I have not attempted to use it since then, until today, any time I placed my phone near it, my iPhone was asking to set it up. This device does not show up anymore in my devices or in HOME KIT. Any help would be appreciated.

Thank You
