Screen time not working

There are SO many issues with screen time on my teens devices and I’m begging for help!! First, the app limits I set do not work for Snap or Insta. I “give” my teen an hour a day on Snap, yet he still has access after using the app for well over an hour. Second, I have to go into screen time daily to make sure apps are “blocked at downtime” …somehow this feature is turned off daily. Third, why is there a “one more minute” option given to teens during downtime? It’s downtime, they shouldn’t be allowed one more second. Managing screen time and app limits on my teens device shouldn’t be a full time job. Please Apple help!!!!
