All of my notes are missing??? I restarted my phone - nothing. Can’t even check my “deleted” every single note I had is gone. On my iCloud it says 50MB used but can’t access them it only gives me an option to delete. What do I do?!?

What just worked for me was following the suggestion from some in this community: I uninstalled and reinstalled the Notes app. As I had everything in iCloud, I was able to get all the notes automatically downloaded back on my phone.
Notes can't be tapped on older phones (7), so this doesn't work for me.
