Huawei 7i Earbuds not connecting to iPad Bluetooth

They are fully charged and they are great earbuds just that they don’t work I have these huawei 7i earbuds and they are not connecting to bluetooth on my 5th generation iPad i tried cleaning it with alcohol and q-tips and i tried to charge it for 10h straight and it yet won’t work
