Iphone 16 Pro Max - Screen Glitching issue
My iphone 16 pro Max have sudden Glitching issue which very hard to catch or shown. I been to TRX Malaysia Apple Store 3 times for diagnosed but i am very frustrated with the experience and i don't know how many times i need to go back there for diagnosed with different standard to get my phone replaced news or just let it be....
1st Diagnosed(1st Technician) - scanned QR diagnosed the software and shown iOS not up to date that maybe the cause of the screening glitching which scrolling. (He didn't try to scroll the or move the phone). Followed instruction went home updated the lastest iOS but glitching still happened suddenly.
So made 2nd Diagnostic section
2nd Diagnosed(2nd Technician) - same SOP but the different from the first candidate that he try to play my phone and scroll around and he saw the gltching himself. So he put up a clear report and he gave me a solution which reset the whole phone to be a new clean phone. then re-setup the phone but all the apps download 1 by 1 and not directly download down by icloud. Followed as requested. But it happened again after home done all the set up. So i made appointment today again for 3rd diagnosed.
3rd Diagnosed(3rd Technician) - standard SOP scan QR and diagnosed. It shown no issue with everything. He not even try to play the phone like 2nd technician. His suggestion is replace the screen - which made me feel very annoyed. my phone not even 2 months yes want to replace the screen and there will be a repaird record and my phone value will be dropped. Furthermore i need to hand in my phone and wait for the repairation. Antoher suggestion that i really cannot remembered which i was very annoyed which the similar situation that i need to hand on my phone to them.
Based on these 3 times experience that i need to reset all my phone for few times and especially for banking apps. If even they borrow me another phone to use for temporary that i need to reset up banking app for daily used and reset back again when they phone return to me. I rather easier solution that replace a new phone for me since among my friends had this issue.
By the way this is my first iPhone have issue and it make me feel very frustrated first time with Iphone and also Apple service
I went there 3 times and nothing fixed and wasting my time. This making me feel that shall i just change a new brand of phone than keep using APPLE.....
*I like the second technician and secnd diagnosed session as he really try to use my phone and see it really happened of the glitching or not by himself. unlike the 1st and 3rd technician which just only scan the QR and normal diagnosed*
