No Hebrew language on my IPad. When I try to translate, I see a few languages, but no HEBREW to select. How could I fix it?

For the apple translation built in to iPad, Hebrew is not yet avaliable I am afraid. You should use a third party translator if you want to translate to/from Hebrew
