Songs not showing up on iPhone or iPad

I have a bunch of songs and playlists on Music on my Mac yet on my phone and iPad the only ones are going to show up are the ones I purchased through Apple Music and not the ones I have from elsewhere. I imported my playlists via Rekordbox DJ software via a .m3u8 file and they show up perfectly fine on my Mac. But for some reason won’t appear on my iPhone or iPad. Please help.
