Can I combine my iPhone 14 Pro Max and iPad for trade in towards iPhone 16?

I currently own an iPhone 14 Pro Max and a fifth-generation iPad, and I’m interested in upgrading to the new iPhone 16. Since my iPad isn’t being used, I’m considering trading in both my iPhone 14 and iPad towards the iPhone 16. Would it be possible to combine both devices as trade-ins to maximize the value and reduce the cost of the new phone? Or do they not allow that?

Yes, it's possible. You can take both devices into an Apple Store for trade in, and their value can be combined and subtracted from the cost of the new iPhone.

Alternatively, if done online, you can trade in one device first through Apple's trade-in website and get a gift card for its value, which you can then apply during the checkout process of the new iPhone purchase on top of the new trade in.
