- You should not be sharing an Apple ID for any reason. Family Sharing works across different Apple IDs for each person, there is no reason to have a "family account". Each person should have their own account. and you share purchases and subscriptions through family sharing. There is no need other have a shared account.
- FaceTime uses the Apple ID logged in to Settings ➜ Apps ➜ FaceTime ➜ Caller ID ➜ Apple Account.
