"Power Source: Power Adapter" and "Battery Is Not Charging" While Macbook Air is In use

Unless I completely turn off my Macbook Air, it will not charge and only show this no matter the battery percentage. I had one tab open in Google Chrome at the time and no other applications running. My battery health is "Normal". I have tried multiple different power sources, cords, etc. I have tried turning off Optimized Battery Charging and that did not do anything. Please advise!!
