Macbook pro 15 2018, Touch Bar and Backlight keyboard not working at all with windows 10

I was using my macbook pro with Sequoia 15.1 and recently installed newest Windows 10 through Boot Camp. The system was installed and it's working but touch bar never lit on and keyboard backlight is not working too. (only in windows 10 mode, in macos everthing is ok)

Are there some drivers that are working? I've been looking for a sollution but nothing work. I updated both systems. And i cant use any function keys and escape key because they aren't showing up. Only Caps lock key is lit.

Also other post keep saying about Device manager but i cant find working solution for this too.

I'm pretty sure the reason why the Touch Bar isn't working when you run Windows is because Apple designed the Touch Bar with MacOS in mind. I don't think Windows has an interface for interacting with the Touch Bar. As for the backlight keyboard, the brightness is controlled by the Touch Bar or in the MacOS control center. I don't think windows will know what brightness to set it to if no input is set.
