Locked MacBook Air after accidental lockout
i accidentally locked my out my Mac 💻. Now when i turn it on it’s just has a lock symbol in the middle and is not going anywhere. I’ve tried everything.. help!

If your Mac has gotten a lock symbol you'll need to input your firmware password
If you can't remember your firmware password: Schedule an in-person service appointment with an Apple Store or Apple Authorized Service Provider. Bring your Mac to the appointment, and bring your original receipt or invoice as proof of purchase.
