All of a sudden, these dots on the side of my iPad appeared. Does anyone know what they are and how to get rid of them?
They change position every once in a while and there are more of them when in Landscape orientation.

You appear to have enabled Vehicle Motion Cues. This feature can be disabled from your iPad's Accessibility settings:
Settings > Accessibility > Motion > Show Vehicle Motion Cues - set to OFF

Please post a screenshot without compositing images. You can’t have two docks on your Hime Screen.
