I can’t add a payment method to my apple account
I’m trying to add a credit card number to my apple account but when I go to add it the add payment method is grayed out and it won’t let me add any methods.
iPhone 11, iOS 17
Are you part of a Family Sharing group?
If you are part of a Family Sharing group, adding payment methods is disabled. You would need to either leave family sharing or have the Family Organizer turn off Purchase sharing.
