Pro Apps Bundle for Education- Student email vs personal email

Hello,

I am interested in purchasing the Pro Apps Bundle for Education. I would use my student email to purchase the bundle, but my current apple ID/account is linked to my personal email. Could I purchase the bundle, have the codes sent to my student email address, and then use those codes on the app store while logged into my personal email's apple account? Or would this cause problems.
