Nope. We are just users like you and have no idea about any of Apple's plans. Apple is not here to see your post, but you can keep an eye on the Apple Newsroom for any announcements.
If you mean a brick-and-mortar store, then as Jim said, no one here will know and Apple will not provide any information until such time as they make a public announcement.
There are third party resellers, and shops with in-store Apple sections, so you can get your Apple devices in brick-and-mortar stores in NZ, just as you could with a full-on Apple Store.
