I have Microsoft Word 365 version 16.89.1. And I am getting an error message when opening a Word doc sent by email: A user does not have access privileges to open a Word document . Can you help me? Properties is greyed out, also. I have Word for the Mac.

Have the sender send the document again but this time give you permission to it.
