iphone 16 pro not detected in apple music for Windows

PC recognizes photo storage on iPhone; I'm able to trans images back and forth. But Apple Music and iTunes do not display iphone icon. So iPhone backs ip to iCloud, but no music shows up on my phone, except one song purchase from Apple. All my other music only shows up on my pc AppleMusic app. I want to use AppleMusic, so I can listen to music on my phone, but I don't want to subscribe to it as I don't need to purchase music. And also I need to be able to synch, which I can't do now.
