I see few issues on my iPhone 12:
1.Keeps typing things of its own even when nothing asked. For example, When I try to create a new contact phone number, it starts typing some numbers of its own.
2.Same thing happened when I was typing some notes, I auto typed like - how are you
3.I was getting very feeble voice on phone though it was fine when put in speaker mode. Nothing worked to get it fixed. But suddenly it has improved today.

This is known as "ghost touches".
The screen digitizer is failing, meaning that the iPhone 12's screen will need to be replaced at an Apple Store or authorized Apple service shop.
Have the techs check the audio when you take the phone in for the screen replacement.
