Why haven't I received iOS 18.2 update in iPhone?

iOS 18.2 has not been released yet. It is still in beta testing.

Across the entire Internet, it is widely reported that the 18.2 is scheduled to be released at 10:30 IST on November 9.

What iPhones are compatible with the iOS 18.2 update besides the iPhone 15, and newer?

because I have not gotten it either and when will be the day that the update will come out? 😊
