BCC messages on iPhone IOS 17

Numerous people have had this question and it's never been responded to. Come on Apple. Where is this feature now? I regularly need to send "group" texts to my employees, and being able to send a BCC text where no one sees the whole text list AND, most importantly, replies come to ME ONLY and not the group is crucial to my workflow. I would never have upgraded my phone to another Apple if I'd known that, for some reason, they'd deleted this feature. I am so about ready to be done with the iPhone. I feel like the updates are useless stuff no one cares about, and they keep taking away things that were not broken and crucial to our user experience. Apple continues to stay silent on answering this question.
