• Are you updated to iOS 18.1, which was released a week ago and brought Apple Intelligence to those who qualify for Apple Intelligence?
• Where do you live?
• Are you in a country where Apple Intelligence is supported?
• Have you set your language to US English?
• What is the Model number of your iPhone? Go to Settings > General > About > Model. If it ends in CH/A, Apple Intelligence is not yet released for phone manufactured for the China Market
