I purchased an M3 MBAir 15" in early 2024. Apple just upgraded memory on the M3 Airs with no price increase. Will they give us early adopters the ability to upgrade our Airs?

RAM can not be upgraded after manufacture of the computer.

No, they won't, nor would any other manufacturer I have ever heard of give any sort of free upgrade for a product purchased outside of the manufacturer's return period, as your Mac is by several months. Eventually Apple will accept the M3 Air as part of the trade-in program, but that probably won't happen for a while yet.
