Music autoplay, no solutions work…

I don’t listen to music on my iPad, and tried to delete the music app (only I just no longer have the icon) and every time I pick it up it’s playing music.

i am not a subscriber so can’t listen to anything random and none of the suggestions work to find the autoplay function to turn it off.

Can anyone help me reclaim my property to make it do what I want and not what it’s manufacturer wants please?
