Spotify not opening on apple TV 2024

The Spotify app goes to a blank screen when I try to open it in my Apple TV. I’ve made sure there C LG TV and the Apple TV are up to date. I’ve deleted and reinstalled the Spotify app several times as well as restarted the LG TV and Apple TV several times. Still a blank screen. I’ve tried to contact Spotify via my phone app but the support link is not loading. Any help would be appreciated. FYI. All other apps in the Apple TV are working fine. I verified that both my phone and the TV are using the same WiFi and good a speed check which was perfect.
