Default search engine - Safari

I want to know how to change the default search engine in Safari. There are only five choices in the dropdown menu in Settings: Google, Yahoo, Bing, Duckguckgo and Ecosia. I would like to set my default browser to one which is different from these.

At present those are all the choices Apple offers, but you can set your Home Page to anything you want, including the home page of any search engine you wish to use.
