Issues with LA Confidential movie in AppleTV library. Sound not available on AppleTv device

I've been asking Apple for a couple of years now about the title LA Confidential. There is only static sound when I stream on my AppleTV. I downloaded it to my Mac and it plays fine. When I airplay it to my appleTV from my Mac, same static audio. Also, I can''t play it on any other streaming device w/Appletv app at all. Can only watch this on my Mac. What's the problem please?
